In the articles Swamiji presents various yoga teachings. Yoga is a cosmology, a perspective for looking at you, your life and the world. Each contemplation gives you a sweet taste of two or three teachings in the Svaroopa Yoga sciences.

Try to attend all the sessions. You are welcome to bring a friend.

Yoga and Meditation: The Bliss of An Open Heart

Workshop Description: By recognizing and releasing your fears, you open your heart to the Bliss of your own Self. Unlock the knot behind your heart, and you'll discover a new freedom in living: relaxed, with your guard down. With compassion and ease, Yogeshwari will lead you through a weekend of heart opening Svaroopa Yoga poses that target the releasing of tightly help areas of your spine, beginning at your tailbone. The added dimension of meditation will integrate your healing, as you experience your mind, body and heart as one.

We are indeed fortunate that Yogeshwari has agreed to teach for us again.  Many of you will remember the weekend workshop that focused on the Plow ("The Bliss of a Quiet Mind"), and "Svaroopa Yoga for Neck and Shoulders".  I guarantee this workshop will be just as powerful, with new poses and deep meditations.

Lodging:   Rooms have again been reserved at the GrandStay Hotel & Suites, Mt. Horeb.  Just tell them the dates and say that it's a Springdale Yoga event. Then you will receive the reduced rate. $79.00 per night for a room with two queen beds. , 855-455-7829.
